Exercise Can Help Slow Aging
Exercise has been shown to have significant anti-aging benefits that can slow down the aging process and provide a better overall quality of life.
Incorporating regular physical activity into your life can help to slow the aging process! This includes cardiovascular exercise, resistance exercise, functional exercise and flexibility training.
Simple lifestyle changes are so powerful, that professors Huseyin Naci of Harvard University and John Loannidis of Stanford University wrote in a recently published paper that pharmaceutical companies should be required to include exercise as part of clinical trials of new drugs “In cases where drug options provide only modest benefit, patients deserve to understand the relative impact that physical activity might have on their condition,” In the meantime, ‘exercise interventions should therefore be considered as a viable alternative to, or, alongside, drug therapy.”
It’s never too late to start … but the sooner you start the better chance you have to maintain a more youthful vitality and appearance!
